1. Scope of Application
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the website hybrayn.com, including all interactive features, AI-driven chatbots ("Discovery Bot", "Site Guide"), and automated scheduling tools (collectively "Services").
1.2. The Services are exclusively aimed at entrepreneurs and comparable business customers (B2B). Consumers are not the target audience of this website.
1.3. By accessing the Services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. Deviating terms of the User are not recognized.
2. Services & Availability
2.1. The information and interactive features offered on this website serve the purpose of initial information and establishing contact. A contractual relationship is only formed through a separate written agreement.
2.2. HyBrayn Ltd. strives for high website availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure may lead to temporary restrictions.
3. AI Chatbot — Terms of Use
3.1. Certain features of the website use stochastic Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies provided by third parties (currently: Google Gemini, Enterprise API).

3.2. Information generated by the AI bots is for general informational and navigational purposes only. It is generated based on probability patterns and DOES NOT CONSTITUTE BINDING PROFESSIONAL, TECHNICAL, OR LEGAL ADVICE. HyBrayn Ltd. assumes no liability for the factual accuracy of AI outputs ("hallucinations").
3.3. The User agrees not to misuse the AI features, in particular not to generate illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All content, design elements (including the "Deep Midnight" design system), code, scripts, and branding on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of HyBrayn Ltd. or its licensors.
4.2. Scraping, reverse engineering, or using the content of this website to train other AI models is prohibited without our explicit written consent.
5. Liability
5.1. The use of the website and AI chatbots is free of charge and at the User's own risk. HyBrayn Ltd. shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of freely accessible website features, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
5.2. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and capped at the typically foreseeable damage.
5.3. Liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected by the above limitations.
6. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
6.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
6.2. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be Varna, Bulgaria.
