Your employees ask questions after hours too. The bot answers.

HyBrayn builds a service bot for staffing and temporary-work agencies that serves employees, applicants and business customers: it answers questions around the clock, including on internal processes, takes complete enquiries from business customers and notifies the person responsible. It makes no decisions about people. Live in 4–12 weeks, projects typically from €20,000.

Your dispatchers answer the same questions every day – often after hours.

How a request runs

  1. 1 · Approve content

You approve what the bot may know: handbook, processes, frequent questions.

  2. 2 · Answers around the clock

Employees ask how to request leave, how to call in sick or when the payslip arrives. The bot answers from your content and is labelled as AI.

  3. 3 · Forwarding

Whatever it may not or cannot answer, it forwards. The person responsible is notified.

  4. 4 · Your team decides

Frequently asked questions

No. It answers only from content you approve. Personal questions go to the person responsible.

If you have a works council, agree the deployment with it. This does not replace legal advice.

It doesn't guess. It says it doesn't know and offers a handover: appointment, email or phone. You decide which topics it may answer.
